I think the requirement/demand will always be there to solve several unresolved problems encountered by the industry.... to delve into the innovative challenging projects and then to accomplish it, recruit the well versed engineers from the engineering institutions.... the complete mindset revolves around the need to look for quality stuff all around and to create something new to carve a niche in this highly evolving market place.

Delivering the quality wins the race:
Be it manufacturing a real time product or a
real life profession, the state-of-the-art customers demands innovation in each
and every aspect they aspire for. In the current times, the one owing the
industry is required to be innovative with its products if at all one wants to
succeed in his entrepreneurial venture, that applies to a new one as well as
parallel to the established industrial ventures. I think one must apply the
same to the growing bunch of factories producing raw
engineering man-products, as they are unable to carve the niche to innovate,
hence they deemed dogged out of the race. The competence in the quality
delivery of technical knowhow's in the engineering institutions will always
take precedence than to the mediocre strategies to fill up the so called
unintentional engineers into the bandwagon. The management must take this
important aspect into stride to sustain the educational upbringing of the
institute at large and to make it stand among the best in the years to come.
Quite naturally the educators employed in the institutions will play a very
significant role to uplift the quality of education in the days to come.

TOEFL Feedback
Writing was very short, used triggers, examples, and kept length greater than 400
Reading was easiest, and listening was tough for the first 2 passages.
Speaking was the toughest, and was not able to use triggers or the examples.
Speaking based on case was easier, but speaking on indepdent was where i jumbled
May be i take time to start up
Score i will give to myself
28 reading, 26 writing, 24 speaking, 26 listening = 28+26+24+26= 104
